Pegasus Group are acting on behalf of Richborough in relation to the proposed development at Land at Boscomoor Lane, Penkridge. This website has been created to provide you with information about the proposals for the Site, and to engage with residents to seek views on the proposals.

The Site is located on the east side of Boscomoor Lane, and south of Wolgarston Way. The site is a proposed housing allocation (Site Ref: 006) in the emerging South Staffordshire District Local Plan currently being examined by government appointed inspectors , and anticipated for adoption in 2026. Upon adoption of the new Local Plan, the Site will be removed from the Green Belt and allocated for housing development. 

The proposal seeks to provide around 90 dwellings through a mix of 1-4 bedroom properties . The proposed development would also provide on-site affordable housing that meets the policy requirements of the Council.
